the club tournaments at Camberley with several successes already under his belt. 1st round
wins against Chrissii Davies in the Novice Cup and Jim Terry in the
Handicap Cup, sees
James off to a confident start to the season. James also partnered his Dad, Paul
Shillingford to reach the semi-final of the Open Pairs.
His next 'big match' is a second
round draw against one of the top under 25 players and James is at home on
Sunday 27th June 2004.....match starts at 6-30pm......all supporters are
welcomed.
Above Match .... report - James
playing super bowls gave Robert Tiller of Egham the game of his life holding the
winning shot with the score at 20 - 20. In fairness to Robert he played a great
wood to gain shot and win by the single point. Bad luck for James but a sure
sign of the improvement in his game and the all round success Camberley is
achieving this season. WELL DONE JAMES SHILLINGFORD.
