.... some of the things that happen?

Pointed out by the coach at a recent match was this 
example where the foot has drifted over the mat perimeter. 

Could this offer an unfair advantage?!

The remaining foot [which has to be on the mat] has to be
within the mat perimeter on release of the bowl.
